2. Services & Repairs

2.1 Diagnostic & Evaluation

All devices undergo a diagnostic check. Some issues may only appear after the device is opened. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or hidden issues.

2.2 Repair Time

Repair times are estimates only. Some repairs may take longer depending on parts, shipping delays, or additional issues discovered during repair.

2.3 Data Responsibility

We are not responsible for any data loss during repair. Customers are required to back up their data before leaving the device with us.

2.4 Water-Damaged Devices

Water-damaged devices have unpredictable results. We cannot guarantee successful repair or long-term functionality.

3. Parts & Warranty

3.1 Warranty Coverage

Warranty covers only the part we replaced, NOT:

  • Physical damage
  • Cracked screens
  • Liquid damage
  • Software malfunction
  • Future unrelated problems

3.2 Warranty Period

  • Standard Parts: 30-day warranty
  • Accessories: NO warranty + NO refunds

3.3 Manufacturer Defects

If the replacement part fails due to a manufacturer defect, we will replace it once at no additional labor cost.

4. Payments, Refunds & Returns

4.1 Payment

Full payment is required when the repair is completed.

4.2 No Refund Policy

  • NO refunds on repairs once service is performed
  • NO refunds on accessories (cases, chargers, screen protectors, cables, etc.)
  • NO refunds on special orders

4.3 Abandoned Devices

Devices left for 60 days without customer contact become property of Phone & Computer Fix.

5. Liability Limitations

Phone & Computer Fix is not liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of accessories left with the device
  • Damage caused by poor previous repairs
  • Post-repair issues not related to the replaced part
  • Customer failing to disclose device history

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact information and notify us of any:

  • Passwords
  • Previous repairs
  • Water damage
  • Modifications
  • Software locks or FRP/iCloud locks

Failure to disclose this information may delay service or void warranty.

7. Booking & Online Forms

By submitting your name, phone number, and device information, you agree that we may contact you regarding your repair.
We never sell or share your information.
